The Adult Class

 

Ice skating is for all age groups. It's a fun exercise and you will get your whole body going.

The class is for everyone, new and old skaters and parents of children who skate. Just show up and we will make sure you have fun and training according to your level. 

​

You will be met by a skilled coach, who is ready to guide and instruct in exercises that will challenge you at your level.

​

The adult class is every Saturday from 08.00-08.45. Get up early and start the weekend with some good, fun exercise. You will not regret it.

​

The adult class costs DKK 550 for a season*.

*a season is 1/2 year from August - December and the new season starts again from January  - April. 

​

Please make sure you come 15 - 20 minutes before the class, to make sure you get the skates on and are ready to get on the ice when the class starts. 

​

If you are now an owner of a pair of skates, you can borrow them at HSF. 

​
