Lesson training

 

A lesson training in HSF costs DKK 250 for a lesson with our head trainer and also the same price for a program lesson.

The lesson training is reserved for runners who need a new program, as well as runners who need extra training with a special focus.

​

It is also possible to get lesson training from one of our other skilled trainers, here a lesson costs DKK 200.

 

All lesson training is agreed with the sports director, as a rule it is the sports director who assesses who needs this, but you can always contact the sports director if you have a wish for a lesson training.
